I have had bad experiences with Enterprise in the past, but this location was a pleasant experience. They were helpful, polite, and as fast as possible. They provided quick transportation to pick-up rental, and a quick ride after dropping off the rental. If I need another Enterprise rental, then this location will be my go-to.

I would highly recommend Enterprise, I have enjoyed renting from this awesome company, the staff is very courteous and professional
They have truly bent over backwards to accommodate me, superlative customer service skills. The local office in Baton Rouge Louisiana, to the local office in New Iberia Louisiana, to the Kenner Louisiana branch, to the office in Lake Charles Louisiana, to the office in New Orleans Louisiana.

I always use the Enterprise Rental on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge and always receive wonderful and friendly customer service. A couple of weeks ago, I had to have a rental for 3 weeks due to a car accident. My car insurance company took care of everything financially but Enterprise made it a very simple rental experience. At the end, I needed a ride home and they didn't hesitate to take me home in a timely manner. I will continue to give them my business as I have in the past! Thanks so much Enterprise for yet another wonderful experience!!!!

My wife had an auto accident and she needed a vehicle until her vehicle was adjusted.  I contacted Enterprise and saw they had the best rate for what we were looking for.  When we arrived the agent could not have been nicer and upgraded us to a larger vehicle than we actually paid for.
We did not know how long we would need the vehicle and the agent worked with us on that aspect also.  
We were able to return the vehicle early and everyone at Enterprise was more than helpful in the return process.
Great vehicle and really great service.

If there were negative review then I would have given that. People over here at this location force you to take their Insurance even if you have your own insurance. They may be good if you want to rent a car along with their insurance. I will share my two experiences with people at this location. 

1. Once an insurance company booked a courtesy car for me at this location. When I called people at this location to pick me up from a nearer location they softly rejected and I went on my own by taking a cab and while picking up the courtesy car, a guy from this enterprise location forced me to take their own insurance even though I have my own full coverage insurance. He tried all the ways to sell their insurance to me. I don't know why he tried that. It was mental torture for me. I didn't understand his intention.

2. I booked an intermediate car through Costco car rentals for low price and I went to this location to pick it up. As I have my own insurance (Liability with me and Damage Waiver covered by my credit card), I declined to buy their insurance. I checked the total cost before signing the rental. He said the same price whatever I see on my Costco rental confirmation. Then he asked me to initialize on his ipad to complete the rental agreement. He said that I will receive the rental confirmation via email. I didn't get it all. While returning the car they charged for their full own insurance which is more than twice the cost of the car rental. He said I signed it. He asked me to show the rental agreement. As I didn't get any email of the rental agreement, I failed to show it (I don't why I didn't get the rental agreement). And finally he removed the liability and charged for Damage Waiver which doubles the cost of the car rental. He said that he can't release the car without having the Damage Waiver that's why he carged it. As I have Damage Waiver covered by my credit card company what his problem is? Why he didn't said that while I was signing the rental agreement. Why he didn't send me the rental agreement. There are no answers for all these questions from him. And finally I lost the patience to argue with him and I paid it.

Forgot to mention that they gave me economy car when I booked the intermediate car. I don't know why.
