I was put into an SUV that reeked of cigarette-smoke-covered-up-by-too-strong-an-air-freshener while my vehicle was in the shop for two weeks. While I was driving the Enterprise rental, a rock came off the back of a dump truck and created a 14" crack in the windshield. Naturally, when I turned the SUV in to Enterprise, they noticed the crack and charged me for it. Frustrating for me, but reasonable on their part. However, when the lady called SafeLight to get a quote, I saw her take the quote from SafeLight and mark it up 25%. Also frustrating, but ok, I get it, I guess that's fair too. Fast-forward two months. I get a letter in the mail. It's a bill. From Enterprise. They want to charge me a $50 administrative fee, and claimed I underpaid the windshield too. I contested both charges and explained that I had already paid the administrative fee with the 25% price increase, and therefore couldn't have underpaid because I paid a marked-up price. They eventually said that the matter was settled and I didn't owe any more, but I'm giving them 1 star for their dishonesty as a company. Beware.

wow.  so disappointed just with a call.  They insisted I come in to give my ins info.  i tried to explain that i do not have a vehicle but they said they needed my info.  i asked if i could just give it to them over the phone and they said no and I could give it to them when they picked me up.  I was just calling to get a quote and said i wanted to know pricing and vehicle selection but she couldnt give it to me.  It was just so difficult talking with her.  She told me they have different rates for auto ins vs non auto ins and she couldnt find my Travelers policy bc it was out of state.  ughhhh so difficult.
