The people at Enterprise were prompt and accommodating. As someone who doesn’t carry credits cards on them, I was still able to rent a car with little hassle. They required extra paperwork and proof of address but within 10 minutes I was out the door with a car. The prices are extremely reasonable and they offer pick-up and drop-off, which goes the extra mile (no pun intended). I would recommend to any first time rentalists, like myself.

Pick up of the car was convenient and fast. I went out of my way to make sure it had plenty of gas and have called 4 different times to get my gas deposit back. 2 of those times, I spoke with an agent that was downright rude and mean. I still haven’t received my fuel deposit 2 weeks later. I even cleaned the car out myself and vacuumed everything and wiped everything down, the mess that was left in the car from the previous renter. There was even trash from cigarette packs between the seats. Huge dent in passenger side. My car is way nicer than the rental. Might as well have left the car on empty. Next time I will be sure to use a different rental company.

So my second rental here in last 3 months - and car problems both times - first time car smelled of smoke, second time car was so dirty.  Back seat had stuff spilled all over it.  They tried both times to make it right with a discount and service was good - but bottom line the cars should be right - that is why you rent -

Quick in and quick out for both pickup and return. Very nice vehicle on the rental (mid-size SUV).

04/2017:Received excellent service here. Show up early if your appointment is close to closing time; they often are busy on Saturdays, especially at noon. Despite the wait, I felt I received personalized attention and service and will definitely be coming back. I have always used Enterprise and have only had a negative experience at one location (in Overland Park). I will now choose to use the Lawrence location instead. I found Courtney to be especially helpful.

06/2017: My last visit wasn't so great. I was first given a dirty stinky car, and when I asked for a better one, I was given one smaller than what I reserved and paid for. This isn't the service I usually get--or expect--from Enterprise.
