I use this location several times a week for work.  Best customer service I've ever experienced.  They are always friendly and personal and seem to genuinely care about the people that walk in the door.  I would highly recommend this location!

Car had broken hubcap with a section of it missing when first inspected on the lot. When I got to the highway it had a significant vibration. Had to keep going because of my business timelines. Upon first fill up of gas I looked further the edge of the rim where part of the hub cap was missing, I noticed the rim beaded area was bent in an area about 2" along the edge of the rim. I also noticed the front bumper cover on the same side had come out of its place in relation with the fender and a crack / split about halfway along the bumper. I was able to pop back in place but at every fill up it had worked its way back out.This car should have been pulled from the fleet. Not a safe vehicle and felt lucky to return without any further issue. I have rented trucks every year for the last 5 years. So as a repeat customer I was very disappointed. Will look at other alternatives next time.

We were treated very well.  During our trip, there was a terrible smell coming out of the vents.  We got a febreeze and it helped some.  I mentioned this to the agent upon return of the vehicle and he apologized and we received a free upgrade for my next rental.  I thought that was good customer service!!

I rented a 15 passenger van from July 15-24, 2017. We requested a Ford Transit, but got a Chevrolet, not a big deal. The fuel was on empty when we picked it up and it didn't look like it had been cleaned. All things the agent at Enterprise recognized and offered us a discount on our reservation amount. 

The van was very comfortable and drove well on our trip from Topeka, KS to Galveston, TX. I prefer using Enterprise because I get a discount through my place of business and they have always taken care of me when I've rented from them. I would definitely recommend renting from them and will continue using them as my preferred car rental company.
