I had a pretty terrible experience with this business. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was not ready. It took 35 minutes for me to drive away with my rental. There was one person ahead of me when I arrived and he was about 75% done with getting his rental. His car wasn't cleaned/ ready to go upon his arrival, just like mine. I was rented a car with a crack in the windshield and dents all over it. I did not get to do a walk through with the agent. When I went to return my rental the place was just as chaotic as it was when I picked it up. The next time one of my vehicles has to be in for repairs and my insurance company is paying for part of my rental, I will be going somewhere else out of pocket. Not returning to this place.

My car was clean, completely full of gas and drove great! I'm shocked by some of the customer service remarks, I think it may have been my best CS experience at a rental car place ever! And I rent a lot of cars. She was very professional and kind and made everything quick and easy. I also heard her handle an upset customer on the phone like a pro! I love this Hertz.

The staff are wonderful!  Very professional, accomodating and helpful.

The price is competitive compared to other companies, and the service is good too! The only issue is that the car (Hyundai Accent 2016) I rented did not have a cruise control.
