Had to go through a bunch of hoops and pay more because I have a debit card instead of a credit card. Associates at check out counter get 5 stars. Corporate idiots making dumbass decisions get 1 star. Average 3 stars.

I would have given this a 5 star but I was told so many lies, and felt that things wasn't done right.  The car that I was in was wonderful. And some of the employees were wonderful.  However there were others that wasn't so pleasant.  I was told since I was renting a car (for a month that total up to 808.00) that it would be easy for me to get into one of their cars permanent.  That wasn't the case.  Even though I was showing them that I  can make the payments by having a rental.  I was told that I still had to come up with 3000.00 dollars.  I was upset due for the fact that I felt safe in a car for the first time.  And as much as I spent out of my pockets I couldn't use that as proof of anything.  I think that some training on making sure you don't get customers hopes up by saying things that you don't know if it is true or not.  Plus if a customer is paying with a card and for some reason the card got denied by error, they need to call the customer before they run the card again to make sure that things are ok on their end.  No communication with customers needs improving.  
And if life has happen (which it does to the best of us) if a customer was paying with a card and ends up having cash, then that should be accepted as well, depending on what the situation is.

I had a car booked and a pick up time of 8:00 AM scheduled. When I tried calling to get picked up from the mechanic, the phone rang for no fewer than 20 minutes before I gave up. The mechanic finally drove me over to Enterprise, where I waited for over 30 minutes before even being spoken to by an employee.There was nobody in the office, and the phone just kept ringing. Two other ladies showed up during this time, also driven by a mechanic, because Enterprise didn't answer the phone for them either. 
My scheduled pickup time was 8:00, but I didn't get my vehicle until after 9:30. This put me so far behind during my day that going forward, I will do anything I can to avoid renting a car.
The only reason I am not giving this 1 star is because the vehicle was nice, clean, and when I dropped it off, things seemed a bit more under control. They were able to drive me back to the mechanic.

Economy car, clean but only a 1/4 tank of gas, had to take additional time to fuel up before a long road trip. No cruise control, that was fun for 500 miles...but staff was nice and car was clean.
