Jordan was great to work with. We got a Chrysler Voyager and I was happy other than the rear seats and sides were filthy. I had to clean them myself to get ready for our trip.

We rented a car from Enterprise Rental at the following location 5020 WHIPPLE AVE NW CANTON, OH 44718-2658. Our son was hit from behind and needed to navigate this whole experience all alone. He is a college student 17 hours away from home and the staff at this location made this part of the process so easy! They picked him up at the repair shop and dropped him back off once his car was completed! The staff was so extremely nice and professional. When the time for completing the repair was extended to a later date, it was so easy to extended agreement. One would say “Well, these are exactly the things a rental shop is supposed to do and advertise.”  You are right! Great Customer Service is so rare these days and when you find a company that actually executes in their company motto, it’s pure enjoyment and appreciation. I appreciate each person, J. Hodge, worked with during this process. You all are the best‼

We had recently rented a car for our family trip. Davis was amazing!  He helped every step of the way and shared all the details about our rental. He was very courteous and  great to deal with. He gave us his card and told us if there is anything we need to contact him directly. Great rental experience!  5 star! Would highly recommend Davis for anyone looking to rent a vehicle!

I don't normally write reviews but I felt customers need to be aware. I rented a Lincoln suv for 5 days In August. The car was filthy. I only thought the steering wheel was dirty and used the lysol wipe provided. After I wiped the wheel the wipe was brown. I went to pick up my kids and they went to get in and the rest of the car was as filthy. They could not even ride in it because it was so filthy. We called in a to let them know how filthy it was and asked to bring it in for them to clean it. I didn't have time to waste by bringing it in and wait for them to clean it. It should have been cleaned from the start. After I turned it in Adam called to ask how my experience was and I again told him. Adam put Ben the manger on. Ben asked what he could do to receive a 5 star rating and we came up with 2 day free rental. He said he would email me over a the info for the free rental. It's been almost a month and he never emailed it. We will get our rentals from the airport. They have cleaner cars and better customer service.

Experience wasn’t too bad except for a rep not telling me what fuel option was gonna cost. But managed to get that refunded so thank you for that. Rental was clean but smelled funny. Car also needed an alignment.

This Enterprise Rental location is excellent!  They have very friendly staff that will do whatever they can to get you in the vehicle you require at the time you need it!  I use this location North Canton - Whipple Avenue when ever I need a vehicle for work.  I am there about every two weeks!

I would give less than one star if I could. Christa, a representative, moved my reservation to this location without my knowledge or confirmation after assumption from the location of my car repair shop. When I called and spoke with her she constantly interrupted, refused to listen, talked very abruptly and ultimately cut me off to “get her manager”. The manager listened to my concerns only to give a very unapologetic “sorry”. Ridiculous customer service. The company is a circus with many disconnects in place. I wouldn’t trust them.

Everyone was super helpful during a stressful time following a crash. They worked well with my insurance company and everyone was friendly.

I have used Enterprise multiple times, this time I need a car after an accident with my Lexus. Unable to drive my sports car due to an injure an it being stick shift, I was in need of a rental. Part delays left me paying out of pocket after my 30 days w/insurance. Enterprise treated me amazing was so understanding that I had to keep extending due to delays out of my control. Will always use them!!

In a time where finding people willing to work, Enterprise also suffers from a shortage of vehicles to rent. This makes for a poor experience for many customers who often make things even harder for the few employees that do come to work. At the Whipple location in Canton, Oh this morning, a "Rockstar" named Adam was running things and keeping a cool head and maintained a great attitude. You can't train attitude, the employee brings that to work on their own. Kudos Adam, keep up the good work!
