Not the best location to visit. I’m enterprise client during last two years. Usually getting free update, but don’t mind to go with the car I paid for. They gave me car with the whole body marked as red in the employees laptop. When I asked to give me another car I was told to wait. Even though my app showed me they have all car types available like compact, intermediate, standard, they told me they have only SUVs for 15 dollars extra. Manager said that if I’ve booked standard car which they don’t have in fact, he would tell me to leave. Never expected so low quality of customer service from enterprise. So I have to take the proposed car with whole body damaged. Do not suggest this location, better go somewhere else.

Have rented a few cars from this exact location when personal car is in the shop. These guys are constricted by availability since not everyone returns their rental on time. Have always found that they will work their tails off to make their customers happy and are even willing to get you a car from a different branch if none of your choices are available.

Will continue to use them when car is in the shop and highly recommend them. Sam was awesome and honestly exceeds my expectations.

Great service! My wife had an accident with our own vehicle and this Enterprise was able to work seamlessly with our insurance co to obtain for us a very nice comparable vehicle that helped us during the transition to a newer vehicle. Thank you so much guys!

I have been renting vehicles at this location for the past 2-3 years and the service has been consistently exceptional. Each member of the team is always professional, customer oriented and knowledgeable. Very accommodating and the vehicle quality/options are excellent.

I wish I could sincerely give them a ZERO. Don't ever go here if you want to preserve your dignity. The most discriminatory and degrading establishment I have ever stepped into. Worse than a Trump rally to be honest. By the end of this interaction, I was left stranded with a back and neck injury and a dead cellphone. Please save your energy, time and money and go to Discount across the road. At least they won't throw you out on your ass even though your insurance company is covering THE FULL COST OF THE RENTAL!
