My insurance called me with a referral number today so I could get into a car by this evening.   I called my location and they have no cars available so I called two other locations.  Wouldn’t you know they have no cars available.   I’m having to wait until tomorrow until they can get something in.   I have a very important appointment tomorrow I won’t be doing this again.   Enterprise doesn’t have cars ready? I thought this is what they do

Got a clean car.  they even called and double checked how it was going. 
Had to drop the truck in another state waived fees and kept on going.

Fast customer service and please. Car wasn't the best. It was clean but smelled like smoke and was loud driving like the muffler was messed up. Always have had a great experience with Enterprise.

They had originally quoted us at 13.00 per day.  They gave us a second quote of 40.00 per day.  They gave is a final quote of 71.00 per day. The lady that gave us our quotes was condesending and inconsistent.  We ended up not using their services due to their poor customer service.  We would not recommend this enterprise location.

This is the most sorry car rental place I have ever had to deal with . They want to add more stuff every time we try and rent from them the hassle isn't worth putting up with I will go to budget every time frome now on. We have rented from this place many times and there is no customer loyalty they won't work with you on anything
