HORRIBLE Customer Service....  The Enterprise at the Ford Dealership & the Enterprise at the Dodge Dealership has the same manager.  The workers appear to be nice at one point and the next they lack all customer service skills that should have been taught in training.  Out of 5 stars, they get a 1 star only because you have to give a star for submission.  Otherwise, they would get a 0!  They will blame something on you for overlooking when it is 100% their fault.  FAIR WARNING:  When renting a vehicle from either location, check EVERY little item such as the glass, mirrors, tires, hood, door handles, windshield wipers, EVERYTHING!  Something that you think is normal may not be normal and they'll try to blame you if anything happens to the vehicle and talk to you any type of way.  I don't know what school they went to, but as an individual with a PhD, I do know that they lack professionalism, customer service skills, and ETHICS!  This location is convenient due to the dealerships.  However, they need to be audited so that their vehicles can be checked properly especially after a break-in so they won't be blaming customers for something that didn't occur during their possession.  Don't rent out vehicles you know are messed up and try to blame it on customers especially when they are affected by the mishap!   Rolling of the eyes, getting smart, & catching an attitude is NEVER acceptable or professional when you are a manager or an employee.

Don't think I will ever TRY and rent from Enterprise again! I had a reservation at 9 am. At 8:56 I try to enter and the girl said they didn't open till 9....OK..Ill wait 4  mins! Carrying on I return at 9am and wait in line behind 2 people. no problem. not that it matters but the "manager" was not groomed her hair was a mess like she had just woke up... not a very good representation of the company! finally got to the front and give the lady my name told her I was paying with my credit card... Unfortunately my credit had seen better days and it wouldn't swipe..Odd because i had just used it for breakfast... I asked if she could input the number she said "no". She turned to the manager for confirmation that she couldn't input the number and the manager curtly says "no there's nothing we can do!" its just crazy that since then, 7 hours ago, I have used this card at the gas station, Walmart and even to get lunch but, no not a enterprise!

I want to thank Kiani Grace a representative at this location and her co workers for helping to return my lost phone that I had forgotten in a rental car. I received my phone today thank you all so much for attending to your customers needs! It is greatly appreciated!
