I absolutely needed a vehicle as mine was wrecked.  They didn't have any available, but were willing to let me use the 15 passenger van for a couple days until one came available.   Brett was nice and worked fast.  That's what I needed.  Excellent service that was fast and easy for me.  Thanks again for all the help, you guys really got me out of a bind.

Brett  at Cadillac enterprise doesn’t know his own company or its rules. He refused to rent me a car because I did not have a Michigan drivers license. We all know that all you must have is a valid drivers license and credit card. Which I had ...he behaved like a drone, was impersonal, and would not consider any option except a Michigan drivers license. 
I cannot express the inconvenience that this caused me, as I had a reservation for two weeks ,And it was 5 o’clock and he was getting ready to close
 His mistake has never been a knowledged or apologize for. .

Worst experience ever with cadillac enterprise. I normally go threw tje traverse city location . Waited over an hr to pick the car up, he was out of the office called the number he left on the door. On hold over half hr. And never answered. The car was not clean food on the ceiling cig burns even a check book in the glove box.  Back seat big tear in it. Best part of all the tires sucked . On our way to a funeral in ohio every small patch of ice would cause the rear end to come out from behind us. Reserved mid size got a compact ! Upon safety inspection of the tires they are barely legal !! But Brett said and i quote" but its still legal!" I had 3 children in the car !

I always rent economy and have had very comfortable cars. This time I got an economy Hyundai . It was a bit noisy and the seats were not very comfortable for a long drive.    Service and price and dependability are always great at Enterprise.

They charged my card after vowing they wouldn't as long as it was full of gas. Then made up a claim of tax even tho my insurance paid in full. When I called the woman out on it she said "fine" and HUNG UP on me.
