Just got dropped off and I definitely recommend. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Assistant Manager and everyone in the office went out of their way to be kind and they were compassionate, helping me out when I was in a bind. The driver who picked me up and took me home again was exceptionally cool, very polite, and overall this was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had at a rental car place. Don't even usually leave reviews, but this place is top notch.

Normally I have had good experiences from this office but the last time I picked up a vehicle the gas tank was leaking so I took it back. I have silver status and I wanted a larger vehicle so I upgraded to a supposedly larger vehicle and the upgrade SUV  (Chevy Equinox) was a poor excuse for a larger vehicle. It barely fit two couples and a couple suitcases so I  feel slightly cheated on my one free annual upgrade as well. The Equinox also smelled of smoke and it wasn't as clean as the vehicles I get there normally are. That was the 2nd vehicle in a year that smelled of smoke.  I rent approximately a half-dozen times a year and have had mostly good experiences and wouldn't normally post this review but I kept getting nagging emails from their headquarters begging for a review.

The first Full size car I rented was FANTASTIC. Went back a week later to rent another car for a different trip & this time rented a midsize and it was horrible. Was stained all over inside and dinged up in multiple places on the outside. For $60 a day I expected more attention to be given to making sure the car I'm given is clean. Employees were very polite. Just expect more attention to detail for the price.

After I made reservations online I found a coupon and when I contacted the front desk they were more than accommodating and honored not only the great deal I got online but the coupon also.  When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they were very friendly and personable and walked around the vehicle with me during the pre-trip check.  The staff gave me her business card with her personal number on it in case over the weekend there were any complications.  The best part was when I returned the vehicle I needed a ride back to my job.  I had to wait a full minute (insert sarcastic smirk) before they had me on the road heading to my work.  Friendly, professional, thorough....I will definitely be a return customer.

Enterprise for the most part is great. Good prices for weekly rates. We understand cars come in and may have to turn right around and go back out but ya gotta clean the inside. Our inside windshield was really dirty along with the dash cam, etc. There happened to be pop or something sticky splattered all over the inside windshield. That should have been noticed if the windshield would have been wiped down as needed. We bought windex and scrubbed it off.  No big deal but we shouldn't  have had to. Other than that you guys are great!
