This was my first time renting a car through Enterprise. I chose the San Pedro location because it's closest to my house. I reserved online & Travis called me a few days later to  confirm my reservation, he was very informative and pleasant.  When i went to pick up vehicle, Miguel was awesome. He walked me through step by step & gave me all the information I needed. When i dropped off vehicle, Justin helped me out very well. The whole process was quick & effective. I would definitely recommend this location. All three of them are a GREAT team!!! Thank you again

This Enterprise has the best staff ever. I have dealt with different rental car companies in different parts of the world (due to work), and this Enterprise on San Padre Ave. is by far the best experiences I've ever had. They all always go above and beyond to help us, the customer, and that only makes things so much better. They truly get what service is about. Not sure who is the manager there, but s/he is doing a great job.

I usually rent from National but had to use Enterprise due to insurance requirements from a fender bender in which I was involved.  Be warned that when you call a local office, you will be rerouted to a national call center sometimes where you are forced to go through endless menus of options before getting to talk to a person.  Once you do, the person is not knowledgeable about the local office.  When you rent the car, also be ready for a car in less than perfect shape cosmetically; far below the quality I get with National Rent a Car.  The only saving grace is that the people are very friendly and accommodating.I used the pick up and drop off service which was convenient and timely.  If you want to rent a car from the airport, this service is not available; only from the local office.

Made the rental process for easy and affordable compared to the Airport Location! Just grab a taxi or Lyft to this Enterprise and you'll be happy you choose it

I was charged an extra day for being 2 hours late.  I should charge you for my hourly rate when you fail  to have vehicle ready as promised.  As a customer for 5 years and even buying 1 of your vehicles, means nothing for your nickel and dime B.S.
