Awesome service received from AJ Ropata. He was professional, courteous and very patient answering all my questions, its the same vibe felt when I visit the Hawaii islands. It felt warm and welcoming, your there to be served and not at the their mercy. 
I normally rent cars at Long Beach Airport for business, vacation, a relative visiting and this last one for my car being in the shop because of better and sometimes best deals. I will now use Hertz Lomita for any of my rent a car needs because of the awesome experience received thanks to AJ. 
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day. I have a new thing to add now to be thankful for...I am Thankful for people that their job is to serve others, helping them the best they can and doing it humbly.

Hertz If I could I would've give 0 stars! The most useless and unhelpful staff I've ever met! Not only they did not have the car I reserved when I got there but they treated me like if I was nothing.. I even got the "this is why you have to call when you reserve a couple hours prior"  from the guy who attended me! (trust if my bmw didnt break down I wouldn't need it) I believe it was because of my thick accent since the white woman who was there was getting treated with more respect and professionalism than I was. I offered to pay the difference to get any car they have there if they give me a small discount since it wasnt my fault that they didnt have the car and I am international student and going to school every day is mandatory to me and since my bmw water pipe broke down I was kind of desperate which the guy who attended me did not care at all and was declining all the solutions I WAS PROPOSING since I know very well how the rentals deal work and what would be my options and the only solution I got it was to wait 50 minutes to SEE if someone returns a economy car. I was thinking in what to do when the other staff came to chill with the guy who was attending me and he ignored me so I stand up and leave the place (they didnt even asked if I was still interested or even say bye). I have rented many times to enterprise and avis and I have never have a single issue with them. I felt mistreated and humiliated and so I decide to take my money somewhere else to #ENTERPRISE LOMITA who also gave me a little extra time to drop the car off after my classes and even offered to take me home for free. Dont waste your time coming here 5 minutes away is Enterprise Lomita.

This was the worst service ever, booked on my mobile app got confirmation everything was ok, the app was more helpful letting me know that it time to pick up my car, get there and this agents that states ceded the whole time let me know that they had tried to call me to let me know there was no car available which I find interesting when the app could keep telling me that my car is ready. To me it was a lack of effort at trying to get another vehicle called two places at least I think with no luck no options or even given but walked out of the place went right over two blocks over found a car with Enterprise booked it online while I was even in hertz and they were ready for me.
