I had a great experience with all the staff at Enterprise. Everyone was warm and welcoming and was willing to get me into the car I needed. The one thing they need to make sure the customer knows is that they do require a $50 deposit on a credit or debit card. The problem I ran into was  card must match the person who will be renting the car. So my husband was not allowed to use his CC for the deposit. I just happened to have left mine in my other bag and had to run home and get it. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

Rachel was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind over the phone.  Once we arrived she really made the entire experience pleasant. The visit was based on an insurance claim and she really helped to alleviate a lot of the confusion and aggregation by making the transaction easy and super quick.

I'm usually not one to write reviews here, but this was the best car rental experience I have ever had! I had four hours to spare after a work conference before my flight, so I rented a car at a good price from these guys to see the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ileana who, after I was running late because of bad traffic, got everything squared away quickly and helped make sure I was able to get to the airport in time to catch my flight.

the staff at the 281 location were helpful, friendly and understanding.  With the uncertainty of when my car would be ready they were willing to work with me to extend my rental time. great selection - able to get a New Nissan Rogue!!

This was a car furnished by the insurance company and Enterprise pick my wife up at the body shop and we were able to leave the car at the body shop when repairs were complete.  They followed up with a phone call and receipt was received by email.

Service was very good.
