Josh was excellent at checking me in and out. The process went very quickly and efficiently. He made the time for me to walk around the car to find any dings that might be in it (none) and at no time did I feel rushed. He responded to all my questions and was a true gentleman. I did not get the name of the driver that picked me up and delivered me to the auto shop, but she was very personable and efficient.

Terrible customer service. 
0 stars for problem solving a car rental. 
0 stars for accommodating a potential customer.
0 stars all round; was able to book a reservation online, but the employees & manager said they were unable to accept payments over the phone or online and would not provide us a car on a Sunday. 

I KNOW we are not the first humans to travel on a Sunday; very disappointed in every interaction we had with the employees of this location.

I rented from the Lomita location while my car was being repaired (that's the location the shop works with). The salesman on the front end kept taking me to vehicles more expensive than I stated I was willing to pay. I'd been quoted a rate and I told the salesman that, yet he kept trying to push me to rent a more expensive vehicle. Finally, he took me to one (which had been there the whole time) that was just done being cleaned. That one was at the quoted rate and I was finally able to rent a car. Then, when I returned the vehicle, the salesman on the back end asked me about my experience and I explained what happened on the front end. He offered to send me a voucher for a future rental w/o an expiration date and I accepted. Then he kept pushing me to say I was "completely satisfied," when I wasn't, since giving me something on the back end doesn't negate what happened on the front end (which I told him, but he still kept at it...), and his continually pushing for those apparently precious words "completely satisfied" just made it worse. To top it off, it's nearly 2 weeks later, and I still haven't seen a voucher (was to be emailed to me), nor has a regional manager contacted me, which the back end salesman also said would occur.

If you need to rent a car when you come into the South Bay area, this is the place to do it. I come in once or twice a month and the staff is always very nice and accommodating.  I nearly always end up with an upgraded vehicle. I wouldnt go anywhere else to rent a car & it is so much easier than doing it at the airport. It takes less than ten minutes to get your car and about the same amount of time to return. You can't go wrong here.

They are very professional and the service I always get there is Terrific!!! Tha manager Mr Dole Kim is an awesome person. I see why he is a manager I highly recommend this Enterprise on PCH. The other workers DJ & Jennifer were also very helpful. That's why I always use this ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR I definitely recommend them a Very Satisfied Customer 😊
