The certain Enterprise I recently used in Fort Wayne was outstanding! Very professional and super courteous. I will definitely be using that same location for my next need of a rental. Also will praise them to anyone that is in need of a rental car.

Always had good experience with them. Except for this last time. I was in a recent care accident an so had to get a rental. The guy i was working with keep steering me away from the cars that my insurance covered because (they were a smaller car) an keep pointing out another car that i would only ha e to pay 3 dollars a day for since it was over what my insurance would pay daily. So i just agreed. So we went out to look at it keep in mind it was evening time an getting dark had snow on the windshield so didnt really notice anything on it. Didnt notice it till 3 days later that there was a maybe1 1/2, 2 inch long hair line crack in the lower part of passanger side windshield. An its been showing an raining the past few days i had the car. At first the passenger side windshield wiper wasnt cleaning of the whole part of the windshield. Didnt think much of it since i was the one driving an it wasnt on the side i had to see out of. (A just assumed they already new it was there.) So with the cold weather we have had it stetched the crack a little longer. Its still hard to even notice if u dont knkw its there since its so so thin. Being im 37 weeks pregnant an out a vehicle because of someone elses neglagence in a car accident an getting hurt in the accident. Ive had a lot on my plate an phone calls to make for insurance, lien holder an etc. Figuring out how to get to my appt an getting my daughter to an from school after u have to take the car back. So making the call to enterprise about the car got missed. So when i did take the car back in to show them the guy who got me set up in the car. Could only remember exactly what car i had an nothing else.  I told him what was wrong an he instantly said that i had to have done it because when they take the cars back to inspect they would have noticed it. So he said he would look it up. An said there wasnt anything reported.  But its so small u dont even notice it even just looking at it. But since it expanded more u can see it. If u dont know its there u still dont see it. But he went right to the windshield exact spot before i even showed hum an said oh yeah that wasnt there there's no way. Even stating that at first when i noticed it it was so small i barley noticed it.  An the only reason u can see it better now was because the weather expanded the hair line crack. He persisted to let me a pebble must have hit it. Which there would be a small circle crack in it as well, but there isnt. Keep in mind someone else was bringing a car back in for a small pebble hole that was in his windshiled. Needless to say he said i would have to pay for it even though i didnt do it an it an insisted there was no way it was there. Which I dont believe. I belive thats the whole reason why he keep trying to have me get that car in the first place. Instead of the cars i came up there to get that my insurance reserved for me. Like i really needed anymore stress with a car after my vehicle was totaled from an accident that wasnt my vault.  So not happy about this experience an wont be getting a car from this location an will drive to somewhere else if i ever need to get a rental. So moral of this is make sure u check every little inch of the vehicle an make sure the entire windows are cleared of all snow even the area where the wipers dont hit because there could be a very tiny crack that you dont see. An they will say its your fault from jump.

Made reservation online.  Received call from them to confirm.  Was able to pick up the car efficiently and was on my way!

Never disappointed with this Enterprise location. Fast, professional and friendly. The Ram cargo van was perfect for the job too!
