From start to finish, great experience. I reserved my rental online, pick up was speedy quick and affordable. Drop off was easy, quick, and they had a driver take me to the dealership to pick up my car. It was overall a pleasant experience, I highly recommend their service. Krista and Quinton were helpful, friendly, and hospitable.

I have just totally fell in love with Enterprise Rent-a-center. Great vehicles, great prices, great service, and most of all, a GREAT BUNCH OF EMPLOYEES! FIVE STARS, if I was able to CHOOSE the vehicle instead of giving one. I'm very picky about the cars I take responsibility for. Maybe next time, the team will let me choose the exact vehicle I want.

Got off the train at 7:30 am called on my reservation had a van and driver pick me up, my rental was ready to go, dropped it off the next morning with the key in the drop box.  Once again a great experience.

I usually have a good experience with Enterprise but this last experience wasn't good for me. I reserved my vehicle over the phone and was told that this location closed at 7pm so I scheduled my pick-up to be around 6pm. When I arrived to get my vehicle the location told me they were closed and were sold out of vehicles. So I called the 1-800 number again to let them know how I felt about the situation and how it was putting me behind on my trip. I got to reserve for the next day and explained the issue to them and they seemed to not care. Hopefully my next experience isn't as bad.

The employees there were nice and professional.  This was the dirtiest rental care I have ever rented.  The exterior was dirty, and there was as spill on the passenger seat that didn't appear to have been cleaned.  There was also trash in the trunk.
