Great customer service and they pick me up as well. Decent price for vehicle rented. Get stranded up north with snow storms ended up keeping vehicle longer than planned, but there was no issues when I called in and they didn't overly charged for the extra days. Probably the best Enterprise that I have dealt with so far. Rental only took about 10 minutes to complete.

I went in to rent a car during my vacation to be told by the manager that due to the fact I was out of state I would need a major credit card, not one that had the word "debit" on it. I went back thirty minutes later and another representative actually rented me a car using the card I previously tried to use. I guess the manager was out to lunch. I have always used Enterprise for my car rental needs, but after this experience and the amount that they charged me for a one way trip, which is less miles then a round trip, I will no longer be loyal to them or consider them as a option for future rentals. I can't even give one star, but had too in order to post. I felt betrayed and left for high and dry after being a loyal customer.

Had an emergency (family car conked out) the day after Thanksgiving,  Cars were in short supply but Bradley Force in South Bend, IN made it work. Very satisfied.

Great options with wonderful service on pick up and drop off. When we picked up the car they even gave us two options on make and model.  This location is MUCH less expensive then the airport service.
