My experience with Enterprise was amazing! The stress of a car accident was difficult to say the least but I cannot express enough gratitude to Krystal. She was extremely friendly and compassionate. She helped me throughout the entire rental process and was available for any questions or issues I had. If you are in the Brookings area and need a rental car, be sure to use Enterprise! I’m certainly a repeat customer for life!

I had a 12 passenger van booked for a long road trip with a group of guys.  I got a call 6 days before our departure date confirming that I in fact needed the van.  2 days before we were supposed to leave they called back and informed me that there would be no van available and that they had tried all they could to find one from another location.  16 hours before our departure I got another call saying they found a van but that it wouldn't be there until, "at best" 9AM of the morning of our departure day.   We had reserved it for 8AM.  I would have just given one star but I'll give the representative the benefit of the doubt that she did in fact try to find a van.  Just too little, too late.  I ended up having to book through Hertz in Sioux Falls along with the hassle of picking it up from down there and dropping it back off after a 12 hour (one way) road trip.  After being excited to find out there was an Enterprise location now in Brookings, I came away disappointed.

Unprofessional, Lack of Communication, Lack of Service. This location left a family completely stranded that flew in to visit Brookings, SD (KBKX) for a weekend of Hockey & Basketball State Tournament's. Previous arrangements had been made with "Imran", the local representative for the day in Brookings as we have since learned Enterprise does not use local people to staff the location but rather has them drive up from Sioux Falls for work. When the private jet arrived with the family, Enterprise was not there as scheduled, did not answer their phone even though they were "open" for business, and did not return messages. In the end, after over an hour of trying to "find" Imran or the vehicle, speaking to Annette in the Sioux Falls Enterprise office who stated she would find Imran and return a call to us but never did, we were finally told by Corporate that they were sincerely sorry but their attempts to contact anyone locally also had failed. The local office left the family stranded. We ended up having to call friends and use personal vehicles to shuttle the family around Brookings. Enterprise Corporate, and FBO General Aviation Team has been very understanding and helpful and we were assured this problem would be handled and not happen in the future, as private/corporate aviation is a unique business with great clientele who have expectations on a professional level upon their arrival to their destinations. I would not recommend this location for business as they are not locally staffed, run their own personal hours at will (regardless of what is posted) and lack a professional sense in regards to their nature of business and customers.

Garret was the representative that worked with me. He did a really good job of helping me get a bigger vehicle for me and my teammates. The car was clean and he made the process really easy. It was my first time renting a car, and I am definetly renting with enterprise again!

Never good when you total your car and need something to get by for a week or so, but they worked seamlessly with my insurance to hook me up with a beautiful car.
