I work at a group home for adults with developmental disabilities. We use this service (and others like it) quite often. Most of the drivers are nice but there is one guy who anwsers the phone who is always rude and disrespectful. If you're thinking of using this service I highly recommend paratransit instead.

This company picked my grandmother up from Bethany Home and took her to Grille 26.  They were early to pick up and came back to the restaurant within 20 minutes.  Very polite and professional.  Grandma, who is 95, remarked on how clean the van was.  They allowed me to ride along in the van.  We would highly recommend this company.

Business is extremely insufficient. Owner has no regard to client needs, time it takes to travel from point A to point B, quality of life for the elderly people they transport, or the two to three hour wait. Dysfunctional business with poor transportation and unprofessional service.   WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEKING OTHER OPTIONS - WOULD NOT RATE ONE STAR AS MENTIONED BY OTHER REVIEWERS, BUT YOU MUST IN ORDER TO LEAVE THIS RATING.

I have been using this service the last couple weeks to transport my wheelchair bound son (plus his nurse) to school. We have had 4-5 different drivers. Two drivers provided acceptable service -- they showed up in a timely manner, asked appropriate questions, and made space for the nurse to sit in the back jump seat by my son.  ALL the vans' interiors are dirty, not maintained, and filled with junk/garbage. The other drivers were extremely unprofessional. One driver today wrote on his clipboard AND operated his cellphone on lap for MOST of the drive. This was a 20 minute drive and he only glanced up quickly every few seconds. The driver for the ride home was late, went to the wrong pick-up location (even though it was clarified with the company), and was not willing to make space for the nurse to ride in the back next to my medically fragile child who was currently have breathing issues. He did not use a GPS and kept trying to make wrong turns instead of asking for directions. I will never use this service again and if you care about your loved one, you shouldn't either.

I not recommend this service at all. The transportation arrived over an hour and a half late. Time is not something that someone using this service typically has to waste and what time we do have left is meant to be with family. When they arrived they said they were told to pickup another person and we were simply dismissed. At the very least a phone call explaining the situation would have been appreciated. Very unprofessional.
