I called to extend my rental from a 2 day to a 3 day with dropping the car off in another city. Zach is the employee I talked to. He told me the drop off fee would be $300 and I told him I would think about it and call him back. He called me back just a few minutes after I got off the phone with him and he told me he misquoted me on the price and that it would just be $300 plus tax for the entire rental not just the drop off fee. I asked him multiple times if there where any other charges such as mileage. He assured me it would just be the 300 plus tax.  After I dropped the car off they charged me $540. I called and spoke with the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. If they would have quoted me the proper price to begin with I still might have got through rental. Now I will NEVER use Hertz again.

Car was nice and clean. Price was right. Although they charge an extra $14/day to add an extra driver. I don't recall Enterprise doing that.

Watch these guys.  They charge for fuel even when you've filled up, give them the receipt, and note it on the reservation sleeve.  Pretty sure they are trying to sneak it by.

Our flight was diverted to Omaha due to poor weather. We were supposed to land at 11pm but didn't end up arriving until 1:30am. When we got to Omaha I called and the agent said she was only scheduled until 12:45am,  but would wait for us. We would've been stranded at the airport had she not waited, so thankful!
