Terrible experience.
Rented a car from this location, drove it uneventfully on a highway for a total of 2 hours, returned it 3 days later. I was contacted a month later by a "fleet management service" in Utah that told me I cracked the bumper of this car and owed them $1,000+. 
At the time of rental no agent inspected the car with me, nor did one greet me when I returned the car. I picked it up and left it in the same dimly lit parking lot in the evening. 
NO ONE from this location contacted me about this incident, nor did I have any avenue to contest the claims of this location, so I was forced to pay this Utah company all they wanted, plus a lovely administrative fee.
I find it ridiculous that at no point during this months-long process did a single person contact me from this location about this incident and that instead I had to deal with a third party. I also find it frustrating that there is no way to contest this claim since this car clearly sat in a parking lot unattended for hours after I dropped it off, when whatever this supposed damage may have really happened

First problem I had was they told me the car had no known damage to it and then upon seeing the car there was a highly visible large scratch on one of the doors.  Had to go back in to the counter, but couldn't find the person because they were outside smoking.  Finally got a lady to track the agent down and they noted the damage on the car.  I returned the car in the same condition as received and then 2 weeks later I received a letter stating that they it was necessary to charge me $50 for a windshield chip repair.  I truly believe there was not a chip in the windshield and sure I would notice it, but how do you contest something like this when I am 650  miles away.  Wouldn't recommend.  Dishonest.

I had a CONFIRMED reservation on-line...you declined BOTH of my (very good credit) cards at the Airport at 10:30 PM.  So, I walked down the hall to Hertz®...and was INSTANTLY accepted, got a car, and went on my way.  I will never do business with Avis/Budget again.

I have never posted a review for anything but the help i got from Micah was priceless. After a week of being on the road i had a few complications ended up in Sioux falls,sd and when no other car rental in town would lift a eye brow to assist me Micah went beyond expectations to help me. This person is why i will go out of my way to help someone else down the road.
     Thanks man Avis is lucky to have you

These people are truly amazing. Our car broke down and we were 500 miles from home. They got us a car. Saved our whole week and tons of money. God sent
