Rented a car with Jason. Had my car ready when I entered the building. Car was clean and ready. Jason was accommodating and answered all of my questions. Provided his cell incase of any emergencies. I did text Jason to extend my rental. Responded immediately.
Contacted Jason when I was ready to return. Set up return at another location as it was closer to my car which was being repaired.
Overall experience is a 5.
If I could give a better rating I would.

Would go back and recommend this branch to all of my clients and friends.

Very excellent customer service. Very patient and always willing to help people definitely would recommend them.

Reserved a car for a weekend. Picked up a car on a Friday and they let me choose the car i want, which was very thoughtful.
When returning, Mike was at the store, he was very professional and courteous. 
One of the best rental car experiences I've had.
Highly recommended due to staff's 'going extra mile' attitude.

Very accommodating staff at the RIDGEWOOD NJ Enterprise Office. Branch Manager works hard to satisfy very hurried and often irascible customers. Very pleased with the welcome, the customer relations and to get the right car and speed of originating the details.
Would'nt think of renting elsewhere.
