This is my 2nd time renting from this location and I couldn't be happier. The staff is super friendly and willing to help as much as they can. They hold a conversation with you and seem interested as to why you are getting a rental. I would definitely recommend this branch due to the staff and quality of cars they have.

I have been a customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car since 2010 and this location is, by far, the best location I’ve ever used. I now, exclusively, have use this location for a year, and Rob and his crew are amazing! Rob is great to work with and can handle any of my requests for rentals or extending my rentals with ease and makes my life less stressful.

I would like to start of by saying Madeleine J was so helpful and kind. Her customer service skills are exceptional and she truly was so kind and made me feel like she actually cared rather than the agents at the Boise Airport Enterprise I had a HORRIBLE experience with them and will never ever recommended that place to anyone!! However this Enterprise saved this returning customer, after my experience with the agents at the airport I was going to leave Enterprise and never rent from them again. But Thankfully she was there and able to help rectify the situation the best she could. I left a one star review for the Boise Airport that can be read if curious about the situation there. As a repeat customer of Enterprise I have to say she was one of the most pleasant agents I’ve encountered.

So far so good on the service. I always make sure to ask for a car with cruise control because they have several that do not have it. I drive from Boise to Twin and cruise control is pretty essential for me. Service has always been very good and is what will bring me back again to this Enterprise location.

Let me begin by saying this rating is for the Corporate side of the company. I've rented from Enterprise for over a decade and never had such an issue. I needed a car to drive to Texas, from Idaho, as my grandparents had been placed on hospice care. The reservation was messed up twice. The second error stripped me of two days of travel time, and caused me to miss saying my final goodbye to my grandmother. 

The car we rented broke down 150 miles outside of town (brand new 2018 Toyota Corolla) and we had to stop in Twin Falls to swap it out. They wanted to replace it with a Mini Van for two people to drive to Texas. After getting a comparable car (which took the Fairview Manager Robert to resolve), we hit the road again. Due to the circumstances, I was supposed to get the car for free for the week. 10 days after returning my card was charged and I had to call and explain again, and request a refund. The staff at this location are extremely helpful, and I'm grateful for the manager Robert, but this company has some SERIOUS process/policy issues. 

You can't pickup a car at the airport without a valid credit card or a return flight attached to your debit/check card. You CAN drive 3 miles down the road to a stand alone branch and rent one without a credit card. JUST A STUPID AND INCONVENIENT POLICY THAT MAKES ZERO SENSE. Unfortunately, my reservation pickup was during the weekend (12:30P) and by the time we were notified of the new policy, there were no open locations. Apparently EVERY car rental place shuts down at 1PM on Saturday.
