The difference in the level of customer care was obvious the second Avis/Budget picked up the phone. Nicole helped me over the phone when I was researching rental places. I called Enterprise after Avis because of a different service they offer, but after calling two of their locations, I discovered that they have very poor customer service, and I did not go with them. I called Nicole back and realized I should have just gone with Avis to begin with. So I got a $6 Lyft ride to Avis, and I'm so happy I did.

I have used the downtown Avis several times.  The owner is always a delight to deal with.  He runs a good operation.

Bob and Cheryl are two of the friendliest, most helpful people you will meet in the industry. They always work to meet my rental needs to the best of their ability, even on short notice.  I feel they genuinely care about me as a customer. This is always my first stop for commercial and personal vehicle rentals.

I have rented cars from Avis and others all over the United States and I am proud to say that the very best place to rent cars is right here at this Avis location.  I have rented cars here for years and plan to continue doing so in the future. I recommend my colleagues do the same.  I always get a car that meets my needs depending on the weather and where I am going.  They always have a car ready for me despite my often changing schedule.  These people know what they are doing and have consistently earned my business. I get much better rates here than any other rental location in Boise. I have no hesitation giving them the highest of ratings!
