Rented a 2017 Hyundai Accent while my car was in the shop. I drove it across the state and over Snoqualmie Pass with no problems. I was pulled over near Moses Lake but was not charged with anything. They had the car towed to impound even though all of my stuff was still in it and there was absolutely no problems with it. Enterprise left me stranded on the other side of the state with no phone, no wallet, no money, and 30 degrees outside. They wouldn't even let me get my things out. It is now 8 days later and I STILL don't have any of my things. Now they want me to pay over $500 for the tow AND they claim there is damage to the car. This place is such a joke and they have no remorse.

Loved our 2017 Chrysler 300M for the week! Enterprise had us rolling in style and their customer service was excellent!

They frequently have a limited selection of vehicles and they force upsell when they rent out your preferred vehicle while you are there regardless of the budget you already had preplanned. The manager's force tactics of accepting the last vehicle or having nothing was rude and insulting to us, after several issues we left over 2 hours later. Definitely not a positive experience!

These you g ladies that were there are awesome!! When my original reservation was messed up ( they wanted to put me in something small. They made a few calls and before I know it they put me in the hottest car! I was totally taken care of. They made me really happy and didn't have to. Well done ladies!
