Called to make a reservation for a flatbed truck, was told that they could hold the truck for an hour. I walked in to pick up the truck 30 minutes later only to find the staff renting the truck to a walk-in customer. When I inquired about the truck I was told my "verbal reservation expired 15 minutes ago". It appears the place is run by people unable to tell time nor keep notes. They made no attempt to remedy the situation other than telling me I had to wait for another truck to become available. Special thanks to the couple who rented the truck anyway despite not having a reservation.

I've rented upholstery cleaners from this place twice now. Each time I've recieved excellent customer service, but the products themselves leave much to be desired.  The first time I rented one, I brought it home and it didn't even work. So I brought it back and they replaced it with another one without hassle which was nice. But I only rented it for 24 hours and was on a time crunch in general so the inconvience was annoying.  The second time yesterday, I was given a machine riddled with algae, and had dried up hair just inside the nozzle. I used it regardless and it worked okay. I was just seriously off put by the condition of the machine. I wish they would clean them between every few customers.

The stump grinder I wanted to rent had its gas lines cut. Corporate needs to hire more people and run off the tweakers loitering in their parking lot and stealing from their store.

I recommend the tool rental center they have just about everything you'll need on hand

2nd time utilizing the tool rental department, as always impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and knowledge of the associates. 10/10 will come again.

I had to buy a new hitch ball for their trailer..my old one was too small By 1/8th...no one else ever cared

Friendly staff, well maintained tools!

They have all the tools you need when you need them and if they don't have them to help you find it.

Didn't have what I needed but they were very helpful
