I have rented from Enterprise in the past, and again just recently.  Dustin has been there several years that I know of and does a great job providing customer service.  One time I took the car to Colorado not realizing the fine print said some states you would not be eligible for the unlimited mileage and when I returned it he was listing the extra fees and I flipped out on him like the hot headed woman I am, and he immediately made some adjustments to bring the balance back down to something reasonable (even tho it was still more than I expected).  I rented again recently when I was between vehicles and needed to go out of town, and I see he is still working there... he and another staff member brought my rental to me early morning which was a huge help and the process was paperless which really impressed me.  This time I was using a debit card, which I was afraid was going to be me jumping through hoops to secure the rental, but it was surprisingly the same as when I used a credit card in the past.  I came with copies of 2 utility bills and that was it, no issues whatsoever.  When I returned my recent rental, there was a young lady working who was a manager in training, she was very polite and professional - looked over the vehicle and issued my refund on the deposit.  If I ever had to get a rental again (which I have done about 4 times so far) I will definitely return to Enterprise in Palestine.  I compared prices at surrounding Enterprise locations before renting and this location had the lowest prices.  Tip:  If you have any memberships or loyalty programs, like Hilton HHonors or Costco, etc they can sometimes apply a pretty decent discount to their going rates as well.  They DO NOT run your credit like some other rental agencies do when using your debit card instead of credit card.

Enterprise,  they'll pick you up...  Unless you live more than 12 miles from the business location,  are attempting to rent with a debit card,  have an out of state license or if it's nearing closing time. For what reason would my credit need to be verified when I am paying the balance due at the time of the rental?  Why make policies so strict that someone in need is unable to rent?  Why turn away a nearly desperate customer who just tracked down someone with a credit card who is available and willing to go out of their way to assist? Anybody?  No?  OK, then. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The go to place when I travel. I don't worry about anything, and I get to try out new cars, so when I get ready to buy a newer car, I will have an idea what kind of car suits me.
