Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a great company. I was involved in an accident where the other driver hit me and I have been having nothing but headaches from the insurance company. The staff at the downtown location on Elm Street were nothing but pleasant to me. They were very understanding of my situation and went the extra mile for me when they did not have to. I love the staff at this location. Thank you so much!

One of the most professional, courteous and talented Enterprises that I have ever been to in the US. I travel all over the country and this staff is unmatched with the experience that they provide. It's not a brick and mortar rental agency it's almost a family business. They were able to give me information about the city and also speak to me on a relatable basis about the rental car and options for coverage. I literally love the weekend staff and will only use this location when I'm in the city! Great people!

Did exactly as I asked.  Picked me up from my hotel.   On time, friendly and courteous.  The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because they gave me the car with 3/8 of a tank of gas.  I was driving a far distance and had to stop on the way.  Unfortunately, I did not drive the car much after my arrival at the destination, so I returned the car with over 3/4 tank.    I feel they do this on purpose to get people to return the car with more fuel.
