Crappy management team. On March 3, 2018, Rob the manager assured me a renewed rental rate of $31 a day for the car I was renting.  The renewed rate was supposed to start on Saturday March 10th for the same vehicle.  Between March 3rd and 10th, Rob erroneously ran my credit card for an amount my bank had not authorized.   When I went in to correct this problem on March 10th I was rudely and unprofessionally dealt with by the little assistant manager Taylor.  I arrived close to closing time and Taylor made me the last customer of the day so no one could see his lack of decency and professionalism.  Rob was in the background and lied and completely denied he told me I would be renewing the rental of the same car for the same rate.  Then Taylor tried to bogusly take $500 to $1000 extra, for a miniature spot on the windshield.  When I asked for a receipt Taylor refused to give me one, ordered me out of the office, and locked the doors.  Of course they waited until no other customers were there so no one else would see this rude, offensive,  unprofessional, disrespectful behavior.   Rob had slithered out the back of the office like a snake while this was occurring with Taylor.  I have filed an official complaint with Enterprise's corporate office and am awaiting a return contact from an area manager.  If that conference does not take place to resolve this, I will file a public complaint with the Better Business Bureau and other reputable business agencies.  I will also be letting every person I know how sorry Enterprise Car Rental is, at least this particular location.
