    Normally I rent from them every year at this time.  They would pick me up at my house.8.6 miles from there, I've lived here for 20 years.  It makes my road trip much easier with picking up and dropping off of the rental car.  
    Now because of new management they don't do that any more.  But Dollar/Hertz does!

This is about the joint location down the road by grandys. Honestly it started out ok. I got a really nice Chevy Malibu. How ever it was defective and the passenger seat wouldn't reclined back to the up right position. So I took it in to exchange it and got the worst car. It smelled of smoke and mold probably because of the water leak in the ceiling of the car leaving a nice ring of damage. It was filthy. Do not rent the Hyundai Sonata 2014 dark blue with Arkansas plates. I was going to be charged 85 dollars because my policy was at its rental max but I was saved that by Kalena Lauvao! She was my only good experience at this location! She helped me pay 0$!!!! I feel like the men at this location lack customer service! I didn't know when to leave with them to the car or stay and when I was told to follow I was so far behind it came off as very rude. I just wish they would be more engaged with the coustomer and walk through everything and look you in the eye!
