Made my reservation around 5:10pm Monday to pick-up Tuesday at 8 Am. When I show up at Springvale location to pick-up, there are none available. They're over booked. They told me to come back in a few hours or go to Saco location. I will say the service and sympathy provided and shown at Springvale location was 5 star. Saco, not so much. Pretty much just sign here and get out type of mentality.

This is the greatest rental car experience I've ever had. Sam was the best agent I've dealt with, I blew out my transmission in my car on the way to a job interview and Sam not only secured me a rental car, but held it for me for the entire day until the job interview was over. All I can say is I hope you get Sam when renting because he will make you happy with what is usually a subpar experience.

Only had to rent a car from here once a few years ago when I totaled my own vehicle - the staff was extremely understanding & helpful, given the predicament I was in at the time!

Cost more the hidden toll fees for 4 days than it did to rent the vehicle.... Renter beware

Excellent customer service. Very easy to deal with and car was nice and clean when picked up and the plus was it was ready to go. Much friendlier than some of the airport branches. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental in the area. Prices are competitive with out rental companies. Be smart and become a rewards member!
