Returned a car here a week ago and they still have a hold on my card. I’ve called several times and NOBODY has picked up. So, left a message hoping for a call back. Nothing. Closed Saturday and Sunday and weekdays after 5:30 so any chance of calling when you’re not working is really difficult. Worst experience ever with a rental company. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Great car rental location. Needed two cars, last minute. The guys got us set up with good cars at a great rate. Very professional and very helpful. I'm going back here, Enterprise in York, anytime I need a car. A+

I had an appointment to pick up my rental and Jeff was ready for me promptly upon arrival. The rental process was smooth, efficient and pleasant. This is a smaller location so planning ahead and having a reservation could be important if you would like a specific car.

I recently rented a vehicle from enterprise and to start had no problems. Was asked for a declaration page from my insurance company which I sent within 30 minutes. 2 days later I dropped off the vehicle and was told my fax was not recieved so I had my insurance fax another one. 2 days go by and I still hadnt heard anything so I called again, only to be asked to send the info a THIRD time. It has now been 6 days from returning the vehicle (with no issues on my end) and I'm STILL WAITING for my deposit after spending at least a couple hours of my time. Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced in my life

Very bad communication and customer service. I called for a car and was told that first, they could not get the car to me, I would need to get there (Enterprise always advertises that they will come to you.) Then I was told that they would call me back to verify that there would be a car available. I finally called them back 7 hrs later and was told that no, there would not be a car. I was very upset since mine was going into the shop the next day. I asked the to please call the next closest location to see if there would be a car available there. They were nor able to do that either.  When I said that I was guaranteed a call to confirm a car, I was told that they had changed shifts so no one knew about it. I will NEVER rent from them. I work in Customer Service,. This was more than unacceptable. 
Thankfully there was another rental agency that was able to tell me if they had a car for me and due to Enterprises mess up, though they normally do not pick up clients they would make an exception to gain a loyal customer. 

Thank you for nothing Enterprise.
