Is 0 stars possible? Was called 30 minutes before schedule pick up time to be told they have no vehicles and can not honor my reservation. Also was told that they have low inventory and the issue is because it's a one way rental. Also told this happens all the time and that this location is to serve the Yokums body shop. Also was advised online reservations don't mean anything. Poor service, incompetent employees and management. Don't waste your time, energy or money at this location, Ukiah and or Cloverdale location. Use any other company in northern California.

Hours are 8 am to 12 noon or 1pm.  Very small selection of vehicles (4 or 5) but they are an extension of the Ukiah office so call them early and most likely they can have a car for you within 1/2 hour if they don't have one on the lot.  I was able to get a car the day I called for a one-way to Sacramento.  Good clean car.  New model car. Excellent gas mileage. Comfortable.  The Enterprise agent was quick, efficient and experienced with the car rental processes.  She even tracked down my company's corporate agreement.

Still owe money. ...4 months....now 5 months...no contact with me in any way! There goes another star....only 1 left!
