We rent thru these guys a lot and they are always helpful. The only time we even had a problem was on one occasion they didn't have the vehicle size that we had reserved. But they we as accommodating as they could be and even offered to let us rent a larger car for the same price. We chose a smaller car, which worked out okay. And the even threw in free SiriusXM radio. Great place to rent from! Would definitely recommend.

Never had a bad experience at this Hertz. Great service, really helpful, and will try to save you money when possible. Even as go above and beyond to make your experience with them as easy a possible. Highly recommended. I have been using  this company for over 6 years since enterprise across the street was a hassle and rude. Thank goodness that happened!

At Hertz, I'm always very pleased with the large amount of service I get at such a low price.  They give me a discount for being a AAA member there and i'm always shocked at how affordable renting a car is. Mike, Jessica and Liz are 3 all-star employees that hertz was smart enough to hire.

I was a walk in and even though they didn't have anything at that second,  they worked hard to get me a car quickly.   Plus they were so much cheaper than going to the airport.  Really nice people that helped me on a tough day.

I used Hertz the day before thanksgiving, and had a great experience. I reserved my car online and called beforehand, so there was no worry about a car not being available. I was lucky enough to be upgraded for free, and the car was clean and spacious. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly, but I think reserving your car both online and via phone is the way to go, to ensure everything goes smoothly the day of rental.
