We have been fighting with this gym for the past 7 months. Despite cancelling our memberships last July due to a move across town, the gym WILL NOT STOP CHARGING US. My husband has been on the phone with them numerous times and was assured our memberships were cancelled, yet money keeps disappearing from our checking account on a monthly basis. Stay far, far away from this place unless you want an eternal gym membership!

Clean ??? and the staff is friendly & there's a movie theater 👍.          that was my original post I still feel that way except for the cleanliness part . They had change cleaning services now the men's and women's bathroom are absolutely gross more of the men's I know of I just heard that the women's is gross but staff employed by EOS is awesome they're cleaning service on the other hand sucks

The best Gym I have ever gone to theirs somthing for everyone and I’ve actually been seeing results the environment motivates me I will definitely continue to go here

I definitely recommend this gym to everyone. They have updated equipment, the staff is very helpful, and great atmosphere. The only thing I would say is if you don't like big crowds, try to avoid rush hour, but other than that,  I loved it. The classes are also very good. I want to give a shout out to Cece, she gave me wonderful customer service.

This is the worst gym ever you try to cancel your membership and nobody returns your phone call. I tried to go after work to cancel and the young kids at the front desk always tells me that everybody left for the day. I left multiple messages I even tried to call corporate... nothing. Then they take money from your account whenever they want. My step son had to finally call there financial institution and get on a three way call to cancel his membership and auto withdrawal. Ridiculous. Anytime Fitness is the best place to go too.
