It is impossible to cancel your membership and they automatically charge you an additional "annual fee" not disclosed.  I've tried canceling several times since June.  You can't get a live person on the phone and they aren't there half the time in the office when you stop in.  When I called and told the company they use to bill to stop charging my card they reached out to the gym as I said please get a hold of someone there for me - I can't reach them.  They called me back and said I had to stop in to cancel, that it was the only way.  I'm a single mom with a full time job.  This is absolutely ridiculous.

Hard-core gym! No judging, just a good gym to move weight around. Cool / knowledgeable owner and staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I specifically asked when I joined this gym if they would try to take money off of my card every month and they told me no. I said good because Planet Fitness does that and that is the reason I will not join them. I paid $50 for a first month membership in the second month was supposed to be $25. After going the first visit no one was very friendly, no one offered to help or spot me and no gym staff was anywhere to be found. I felt very uncomfortable during my first visit and never returned. Then I found out the next month my card was being charged against my knowledge. Upon reading the reviews I am dealing with similar situations fortunately for me I was able to cancel my card and dispute the charges. Stay away from this gym the billing practices seem very dishonest.

A 24 hour gym that is dedicated to body building. Staff will help you reach your goals as will the gym memebers.
