I have been a member of this gym for over a year. I love the convenience, the price and the equipment, especially the new additions. The issue I have had from the start and continue to experience is a lack of professionalism. I have had to stoop to levels I shouldn't because of how the staff acts. I have been approached on machines mid workout to address billing issues AFTER being checked in and told to have a great workout. Pull me aside or ask me to come up to the desk, not announce my billing issues for all to hear. What annoyed me most is my workout was messed up by this. I got 10 minutes in and was ready to go thanks to the embarrassment. When I got up front it was a late fee of $10.00 that posted earlier or something like that. So basically I shouldn't have been unprofessional addressed. I dislike the way the staff handles things. It's not a game. I am here to better my health and have every intent on paying my dues as I love working out. I will continue coming to this gym and will be reporting this incident to the corporate office. To the staff who are very aware of my love for this gym don't EVER treat me this way again. You're paid to be there. Treat me with respect whether I have a balance or not!

Why is the gay janitor waiving at me on the gym floor from a distance? I never talked to you or will I. I don't come to the gym to get hit on by gays. I don't like any attention except polite conversation with the desk jockeys on my way in or out. Besides that I don't care to talk to anyone. I would actually talk to a woman cause I am single and love women whom exercise but find it wrong to distract ladies from the workout mindset; that I likewise set myself up for to get my body to at it's best in the gym to achieve best result. Meditate, focus, perform.

The gym is a great place to work out release some stress and get fit. The personal is simply not friendly or professional. They often spend too much time socializing or on their cell phones than actually attending members questions or request. Hopefully, a manager can see this and train or coach their staff accordingly.

Amazing gym. Quiet. Staff isn't nosy. The people here are usually very friendly. I've never had a bad experience here yet. I'd recommend signing up during one of their specials like the dollar sign up. There are massage beds and chairs great for after workouts. Everything is clean too!

I went to this gym regularly in 2016 when I was a beginning weightlifter. Planet has a consistently clean gym and great staff. This gym is perfect for beginners, or maintenance for the more experienced. 4 stars due to the lack of some of the basic necessary equipment and freeweights, I believe this specific location only has dumbbells ranging from 5-65lb which is subpar, the same for weighted barbells ranging from 10-60, no customizable barbells.
