Absolute worst service I've ever had. Jeni Miller was the most unprofessional person I've met and does not know how to do her job. She was rude and told us that we could not have a service dog because it wasn't needed, which by the way is illegal. We were told the carpets were cleaned which they never were. Upon moving in there was crayon marks every where, holes in the walls and it was just dirty in general. She would never return calls and was an absolute horror to work with. Don't work with them, there is much better options in St George!!!

Susan Jarvis of ERA provided top-notch professional service, helping us to meet our goals and bringing us to a successful close on an investment property.  Susan's dedication and personal attention made us feel as if we were her only clients.  Susan was available for us when we needed her, answering questions, and paying close attention to what our real estate goals were.  Viewing property with Susan Jarvis was enjoyable with no-pressure or agenda.  She let us tour and talk freely while helping us see options and the potential in properties we were interested in.  Susan sought answers to our property questions immediately by making inquiries while we finished touring. She was thorough, attentive while remaining thoughtful and friendly.  Her warm sense of humor and kind demeanor made her our realtor and friend.  

Our purchase needed to be completed after we returned to our home state.  Susan made sure every detail was attended to, keeping us informed by email, text and phone calls.  We felt assured the purchase would close smoothly with Susan as our representative.  She arranged for contractors to provide proposals for maintenance and repair bids, fulfilled our requests for an inspection and found us the right people to get all the closing items completed. Susan's knowledge of the area and the professional contacts she has in the industry, helped expedite closing. She worked countless hours on our behalf because she genuinely cared for us. It is refreshing to be able to work with a professional focused on personal customer service and who is committed to excellence, as is Susan Jarvis, of ERA.

I spent an afternoon with Susan Jarvis that was wonderful in every way!  She was immediately friendly and easy to talk with.  We discussed everything from family life in St. George to typical homes to the many exciting outdoor activities the town has to offer.  And we did all of this while she drove me around neighborhoods, commercial areas and around the edges of town to see the sights.  I can't thank her enough for her knowledge and kindness and I hope to continue to work with her in the future.
