Our experience with Jon and his inspectors at NAI was positive. After a year of NAI pre-screening other possibilities, A&W Resurfacing was  approached to repair the large Synergy steps in Cedar City, UT.  Jon was patient and an honest negotiator for the Calif. owner.  We had a busy load that summer. NAI, the business tenants and ourselves, all worked together well during the long repair process.  In the end, the curb appeal and also the property value was increased.

I have worked with Jon & Tim at NAI over the last 2 years. They are great guys and really do have their clients best interest at heart. Ive seen them go above and beyond the call of duty many times to accommodate their clients.  I really appreciate their attention to detail and the level of professionalism they have.

The property managers at NAI are effective and efficient in all of their services.  Their staff is friendly, dependable, professional, and work diligently to make sure their clients are satisfied.  I cannot say enough about Jon and Tim, they are absolutely amazing.  Whenever something is needing to be done they are on it.  Strongly recommended to anyone..

I enjoy all my interactions with the NAI Excel staff in St. George. They are all polite, professional and get the job done. They'll always have my business. It's like working with family, but minus the drama.

NAI has been great to work with.
 They have always shared with me feedback from their clients  to help me quickly respond to needs.
The company is very well managed and  takes care of all needs immediately.
 Definitely the best property management company I have dealt with.
