I’ve known Ryan personally for a long time now, and he is not only a stand up guy, but one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever met. He is honest and puts his work above everything else, other than his family. I would not only trust Ryan with buying or selling a home, but with much more than that. I promise buying or selling with him is something you won’t regret.

And to these random “people” leaving 1 star reviews. Please get a life. 😂 if you look close, their accounts were only recently created and the only two reviews they’ve posted are on this page and the pk real estate team. 

Long story short, there are hundreds, if not thousands of people in St. George that will support and back Ryan Kramer, so good luck making hundreds of fake accounts!😎

Ryan Kramer IS HORRIBLE!!! He has to be the worst realtor in the very small town we reside. If I could give him zero stars or negative I would!! He came in packed with tons of stats and the whole facade to sell himself, making us think he could sell our property quickly. He banks on getting the most listings possible, making clients think he is the best when in fact, he is the absolute worst. Just ask anyone in town about him and you'll get the same response from 100% of them. He can't sell a home to save his life. He lies about selling homes or having homes under contract in your same area to make you think he is good. We had a town home listed for 200K, the absolute easiest property to sell in this town, and he could not even show our home more than a handful of times within the 3 MONTH contract we had with him. We truly believe he thought he could find his own buyer for the full commission, and when he couldn't, he stopped trying. I don't think he ever tried in the first place!! The day after the contract is signed with this guy, you will not get more than an email of the listing and activity on the MLS. He is a schiester!! He doesn't put in any effort to show the home personally or call to explain things to you. He puts a sign and a lockbox on your property and calls himself a realtor. More like a glorified car salesman. We even caught him having given someone permission to go into our home without our knowledge and then lying right to our face about it saying he didn't know how it happened!! If he contacts you on the sale of your home please RUN!! He has made the sale our home the most horrible, emotional and stressful experiences of our life when it was supposed to be the start of a brand new chapter. I hope karma comes for him soon!

DO NOT SIGN anything with these people, Ryan Kramer was the first person to contact us when we listed our home, he swindled us with a lower commission which now we now he's known for. We paid for our own pictures which PK & Kramer used on the MLS, after that he did NOTHING, the one offer we did get was sent by email and nothing was explained, just said it was a great deal, no negotiating or anything of the sort. I called his broker Tammy Houchen to be released from our contract because of the many issues we had with Kramer and she refused.  Tammy is no different than Kramer, we paid for our own pics and I myself listed it on Zillow and other sites, Kramer posted it on the MLS and claimed to have spent thousands on marketing. Only time we saw Kramer was when he first saw the home to get us to sign a contract, in sum Kramer is a used car salesman. He uses any cheap tactics to get clients to sign and then he's out. Beware if you sign with him or PK real estate sign for only a month. After this review I'm sure there be a response from the owner trying to defend there poor record of customer service.

In response to the owners comments, the accusations are not slanderous. We asked multiple times to be released from our contract because we saw no work being done despite the so called thousands in marketing being done ???? Both the agent and Broker WOULD NOT CANCEL !!!!!  DO not make the same mistake we did, research the agent and firm before signing anything.

Would give a zero if possible. My brother and I dealt with Ryan Kramer recently.  Told him what we wanted to net for our mom in the sale of her home. We got an offer and then countered. We verbally spoke to Ryan or his asst. about the offer and new net to us. Ryan then sent new paperwork to sign. We signed assuming it reflected our new bottom line. After receiving escrow papers to sign we find out our net was $4,000.00 less than we thought we were getting. Ryan said we agreed to the deal and if we didn't like it we needed a lawyer. Bottom line, make sure you do nothing verbally with this man. Better yet , don,t deal with him at all.

These guys are great professionals to work with. Jorge really goes out of his way to make sure the home is ready to sell and will bring the best offers! Great company!
