We had to relocate  for work. Our plan is to go  back to ST George in  the future so we didn't want to sell our home. We contacted Red Rock Property Management so we could see what our options were. They were so helpful with giving us our options. We decided to rent our home out and sense then we haven't had to lift a finger. Red Rock has done everything, from property inspection reports with pics, to screening potential tenants, to collecting rent. I wouldn't trust any one else to manage one of my most important assets. 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!!

As I do not live near the area I contacted many different real estate management companies to help me with finding a place to live.  Some management companies were pleasant and others not so much.  I then came in contact with Red Rock and they went above and beyond the other companies and did much more than I was expecting.  Red Rock actually helped me search for more properties rather than tell me to just check their website.  I did not notify Red Rock that I was coming down to look at places until the day before.  Even though they had a slammed schedule they went out of their way to fit me into it.  I was able to find me a place and am excited to work with Red Rock in the future!

I am very pleased with the great service I have received from Red Rock Property Management!  This is the first time I have owned a rental property, and the team at Red Rock has been incredibly helpful in navigating the particulars of getting my home ready to rent and in finding outstanding renters.  Any and all concerns that I have had have been addressed in a very timely and professional manner.  Despite being hours away from my property, I have peace of mind knowing that it is in the capable hands of management professionals.  Thank you Red Rock for making being a landlord a good experience!

This management company does a consistent 5 star service for both of it's clients, owners and tenants.  As property owners we have enjoyed a sense of "hands on" but without the time, distractions, and paperwork. Red Rock Property Management has been an invaluable management service for us with multiple properties in different St. George locations. A professional and responsive team of great people that provide us with peace of mind and often anticipate your needs, whether tenant or owner.  Congratulations,  Mr. Holland and staff.

We moved from out of state and were lucky enough to find a great rental property to move into when we arrived here. In our search, we had talked to another property management company and a private owner. Jenny and Red Rock Property Management were by far the best to work with. Jenny was friendly and communication was fast and easy. She never seemed annoyed to answer any of my questions and she never tried to push properties on us that we weren't interested in. They are by far the most professional as well. I feel so lucky that we were not only able to live in the home of our choice, but that we get have Red Rock as our property managers!
