Shannon was a true partner as my wife and I purchased land and built a new home in St. George.  We moved from Seattle to St. George, and faced many challenges in this huge project from so far away.  Time and time again Shannon went beyond the normal expectations of a realtor.  She communicated with the builder regularly and several times even went out to the job site to make sure the job was getting done right.  She was a true representative of our interests.  Without Shannon, I don't know what we would have done.

Considering that Shannon didn't get a penny directly from us as a buyer, she did an unbelievable job of helping us buy a lot in UT.  We live out of state in IL and were in St. George for only 2 days in October on our way from Las Vegas to Lake Powell.  I had contacted Shannon several years ago regarding a property that I had been interested in at the time on Zillow, but I had never actually communicated with her after that.  Before our recent trip, though, I dug up Shannon's old e-mail and asked her if she could show us around while we were in town.  She gladly fit us into her busy schedule and showed us more properties in a couple of hours than we could ever have seen on our own.  There was no hard sell.  She was honest and up front about the pros and cons of each of the properties.  In the end, we ended up buying a lot in the Red Mountain Estates subdivision that she had shown us.  Through out the long purchasing process, she answered all of our questions promptly.  Trying to execute such an important transaction from half way across the country was nerve-racking to say the least, but Shannon made the whole process go as smoothly as possible.  I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the St. George area.
