HORRIBLE experience Waited ALL DAY and NO ONE CAME they called and lead me on saying he was going to call shortly (did this 2X's) then at 6pm when it was too late to call another plumber they called and cancelled! DO NOT USE! I repeat DO NOT USE!

Was forced to temporarily shut down my business due to a gas leak. Called and explained the situation to receptionist, and she set up an appointment between 2 - 6 pm. Sat around for over 5 hours waiting for plumbing tech. Finally received a call at 5:45 pm informing me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. Totally frustrating experience, and a waste of my valuable time. Thanks for nothing.

Do not use. My water heater went out, I removed it and had the space ready for a new one so I called Ernie's plumbing. I called their operator and told them specifically that I wanted a electric tankless system so their plumber would need to understand electrical. I made this clear twice, once at the beginning of the call and at the end. She said they could do it. When the plumber arrived, he mentioned that he knows absolutely nothing about electrical and they do not install electric tankless systems. I proceeded to hear about installing a tank system. When he ran the estimates, he wanted to install a 40 gal lowboy. Retail on that is about $350. He was charging me $700. He then added up all the parts and labor and it totaled near $1600 for the entire operation. I told him I would get all the parts ready myself and asked how much it would take for an hour of his time installing it. He wanted $750 for the install. That's $750 an hour folks. To plug up hot and cold valves and wire it in. That's all that I needed done. I had him make me a parts list. He wanted to charge me about $200 in parts that were totally unnecessary for the job. I installed it myself, took all the useless parts back (which included two 20' copper tubes??) and completed the job in a few hours for about $370. There is absolutely no excuse for charging me over $1000 for labor and unnecessary parts. This business is a total scam. He was ordering parts for another job and I am totally sure of it. Don't get ripped off.

Wasted 5 hours waiting and tech never showed. They call to reschedule, I said no way. I don't want to wait another half day for a no show. One disappointment is enough. My time is too precious.

no show no call bummer waiting for 2 days and messing with my important schedule for 2 days waiting for plumbers that never called or showed up.
