Upon check-in there were multiple dead roaches on the floor inside the condo and we had to clean the kitchen floors and hardwood floors in the living room as they was turning the bottom of our feet black.  That same evening we noticed that multiple smoke detectors throughout the condo were hanging out of the ceilings with no batteries in them.  There were also approximately 12-15 light bulbs that were missing throughout the condo, leaving many of the rooms quite dark. This lack of attention to detail and uncleanliness were disappointing. To make matters worse, upon checkout we were charged $75 for a remote control that cost approximately $30. It was difficult to get a response to questions or a call back from the company, very unprofessional.  I would definitely avoid using this company for a property rental.

I rented with Escape 2 St. George early this spring of 2017 and everything went really well. I just called this week to rent something for this weekend. They were training someone new which was totally fine and she was doing her best but, I could tell the person training her was rude and not helpful at all. He seemed like every question I asked was an inconvenience for him. I hung up and call Red Rock Vacation Rentals and they went way out of their way to help me find the perfect rental and gave me a discount for this weekend as well. I feel that Escape2StGeorge has a lot to be desired on the customer service side of things. I may or may not try and rent with them again now that I had such a great experience with Red Rock Vacation Rentals.

I'm an accountant in the St. George area.  I've known Kendall for a couple of years now.  I've been impressed with his business knowledge and his ability to get things done!  He is very well organized and a pleasure to work with.  Escape properties has some beautiful vacation rentals and I know that they take care of their home owners and the tenants. Great company.

We are extremely happy to have Escape Management for our home. Kendall and his crew are great to work with, have great ideas and truly care about your property. It is immediately apparent that Kendall has tons of experience in all facets of real estate and management of properties. We are very lucky to have such a wonderfully run company in southern Utah working with us. They take great care of us giving us very little to worry about with our rental. You won't be disappointed.
