We bought from furniture from them a few years ago. What we found is they make some expensive poor quality furniture. Poor quality materials & workmanship. Our couch creaks and our coffee table is falling apart between the laminated layers. The wood used for a desk we purchased is super soft and is not holdings up. We.used there design services and the had us get chairs that did not fit the tables. I.e. chairs too tall for our kitchen table and a chair that does not fit the desk.

We purchased couches from Ethan Allen Westminster a few weeks ago and cancelled our order the next day after determining they would not fit the space well. We needed more time to plan the room. A few weeks later we were surprised to see a $2000 Ethan Allen charge on our credit card statement. The lady who helped us explained the charge by saying we were planning to come back soon to pick out new couches, so why cancel the payment just to get charged again. WOW is all I can say. We will take our business elsewhere.

We love the fabric that you steered us toward – it blends beautifully with our home, taste, and lifestyle. I appreciate you taking the time to come over and verify that the sectional would fit our space. I also appreciate that you were never pushy and spend a good deal of time with us learning our taste. We will definitely refer our family and friends to you.
