in need of a washer and dryer and even though they didn't have many on the floor they were a great help. The lady who was helping me showed me the different styles of products they have in store. She even went online to show me what they could order. Its always great when you find someone who goes above and beyond even if they don't have what your needing.

came into the store to purchase multiple items at first when i told them i wanted 9 stoves they thought i was joking but everything went smoothly. everyone who worked there helped me pick out the stoves and go over the damages. even when i picked up all the pieces they wrapped them for me and helped load. the people here are good at what they do and definitely shows great teamwork.

Great prices, but staff was incredibly nice! There was an older gentleman, a younger gentleman, and a very nice lady working there. All were very nice and helpful. Definitely will look here first before looking elsewhere. Such friendly staff.

Catherine helped us with a mattress purchase and went above and beyond to take care of us. After we chose the mattress set we wanted she grabbed the tags and told us she would start the paperwork.She informed us that they also carry mattress protective covers and sheet and comforter sets which I was unaware of. This was my first time inside an outlet and because of her wonderful customer service it will not be my last.

Came in looking for a specific washer that i found online that said it was at this store. when i came in they did not have the washer was a little disappointed but the lady working was very helpful and showed me the best way to search online for what i want. she then went even further and found me one that was compatible and was even cheaper then what i was looking at.
