Everyone that I’ve dealt with at the facility is friendly & professional. The center itself is clean & spacious. The downside is that scheduling a standard appointment is generally 6+ weeks out for things like hearing & vision. Also I have never met with an actual doctor, but rather only a doctors assistant.

this place puts its directors wages first,all the obviously unskilled call center peoples wages second, then the grounds keepers  and just about anyone else next and the last thing they take care of is the people that have already earned this noncare .they almost killed me, dr. ferguson, have tried as hard as they can to prevent me from seeing my current cancer dr., dr.woolsey,prevented me from getting a prostrate screening blood test,and bragged about just how long would it take for an outside appointment. i waited an hour today and never got seen but the unskilles worker who took my call today is, i did get an outside appt. and total time including waiting and blood draw was 5 min.so miss einstein while your trying to prevent me from getting the care i have already earned ,you aint nuthin!today i waited an hour and never got seen so while some of you are runnin your mouth and preventing us from getting care, remember,your working for the circus.2 months in a row youve prevented me from getting care. if anyone reading this has access to an interested attorney, i have documentation that can prove the directors lie out the side of their mouth, i have paperwork.dr. bolz, good man , dr. woolsey ,good man , dr. ferguson ,not to be trusted.the patient advocate like the cops are there for the clinic. they protect the clinic from patients the clinic has screwed over and over.

99% of the people there are wonderful.
Eugene desperately needs an urgent care clinic.
