Colonoscopy yesterday. Exactly on time. No waiting. Dr. Panjala is a model for other physicians to emulate. Compassionate. Excellent communicator. Professional staff. This episode is typical of my contacts with the VA over the past eight years. Most notably was my emergency eye surgery the Friday to the Thanksgiving weekend a few years ago. Of course, there are patients whose VA experiences may have been poor; however, in my opinion, complainers receive attention and press coverage. Those who experience successful outcomes simply go home. I would welcome a requirement for all patients to evaluate their experiences. That way, the VA administrators and the nation would have a clearer and more complete picture of the services rendered to the millions of veterans in the USA.

Great facility, they are working on moving a lot of things from Roseburg to be down here. A big step up from the old clinic and offers many more services than before. Maybe in the future they will offer hospital services.

Terrible healthcare and just when I thought this new clinic must be better it has once again let me down and anyone else I've spoken to. The head nurse treats you like a criminal. The doctors don't last and when you finally see one it's like an assembly line. Your concerns are not important to them and when you say something they retaliate.

This crew has a real problem with the truth. I personally have called the VA hotline about this place and they are at wits end why the staff continues to defy orders and simply assign a doctor. They refuse to assign a single provider claiming I am only authorized for the Choice Program! So they refuse a VA provider even though I demand one. The Choice Program supervisor in D.C. says they will not pay any claim made through Choice unless I have a VA provider. This crew refuses to assign one. Hotline says this is a major violation and is befuddled why they would defy even the D.C. Hotline directing them to assign a damn doctor to me. These guys say they don't have to? Morons. By refering vets to Choice against their will and refusing VA provider assignment they are locking vets out of care but their numbers look great, right? Be wary of placing your trust in this place. There is great danger here. Triple check what they tell you and ALWAYS get an outside opinion on ANYTHING serious if you value your life. The harm they have done to me is catastrophic. Do not trust them for anything - verify EVERYTHING with somebody else.

ive been lied to a lot, had appts. delayed for years because of lying and cheating and had oig look into the problems and he had the people who i was having problems with inspect them selves, then call me up with their own results telling me no wrong doing and was there anything else they could do for me .kinda reminded me of clinton and monica. dr turvey made me crawl out of the clinic when my back and leg went out, for 3 weeks, and put it in my records that i was faking it. i would jail admimistration personnel along with the head nurse from gastro as well as turvey. i can prove all this.i think dr.bolz is a good dr. and he is probably not happy with this failing system.
